Fancy a stay between land and sea in the Gulf of Morbihan? Discover this modern 4-bedroom house located in Gréo in Arradon, ideal for welcoming up to 7 people. You will enjoy a large enclosed garden, a covered terrace for your outdoor meals and a welcoming open-plan kitchen that is very well equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker). From the terrace, you have access to the magnificent heated swimming pool (at 28°C from 1st May to 30th September) perfect for moments of relaxation with family or friends.
On the night side, the house has 4 bright bedrooms:
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Single bed (90x190)
A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer completes the ground floor.
On the upper floor:
Bedroom 2: Double bed (160x200)
Bedroom 3: Double bed (160x200)
Bedroom 4: Double bed (140x200)
A shower room and a second bathroom with shower, bath and WC complete the floor.
Important information:
- You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the grounds.
- The house is equipped with a washing machine and wi-fi connection.
- For the youngest, a travel cot is at your disposal.
- The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- Animals are not accepted in this rental.
- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
