The reception when we arrived was not that welcoming and we weren’t given information about lots of things so we had to

Location was nice

It is not at all cozy it almost looks like it was a hospital previously. Our room did not have a bed - it was a food -out couch. There was a coffe maker but no coffee or sugar. Instructions were to remove our sheets and take the tradh out before leaving though we were not in a B&B and only stayed one night.

Agréable séjour malgré des piqûres d’aoûtats de chiens

Très agréable résidence idéalement située sur l’île. Literie très confortable.

Nous avons été piqués par des aoûtats (parasites de chiens) vus sur les oreillers. Après en avoir montré la photo ainsi que les 5 à 6 grosses piqures très urticantes que nous avons eues aux jambes, le personnel nous a confirmé qu’un chien était présent dans l’appartement avant nous, et nous avons été rapidement relogés dans une location plus grande. A noter qu’avant cela, la personne en charge de vérifier les chambres a émis un doute sur la présence d’insectes, ce qui nous a paru d’une mauvaise foi assez confondante.

Très belles prestations dans un environnement particulièrement calme. Appartement très spacieux et très propre. Personnel très agréable et attentionné.

Un détail qui ne dépend peut être pas de l’établissement : l’éclairage nocturne des zones communes trop fort.

Le lieu : topissisme

Le bruit des vacanciers et l’attentisme du personnel face à ce désagrément que nous avons réglé nous même en nous fâchant avec les personnes concernées. Car bruit jusqu’à 2 h tt les jours n’est pas envisageable toute une semaine. Les anciens propriétaires étaient beaucoup plus à l’écoute de ce genre d’incidents.

L’emplacement et la vue

- Des toiles d’araignée dans l’appartement - nous avons vu deux petits cafards (photos à l’appui) - pas de canapé mais un lit supplémentaire dont nous n’avions pas besoin. Donc pas d’espace confortable pour s’asseoir et donner le biberon par exemple. - appartement difficilement accessible avec la poussette (marches, passages de portes) - mobilier vieillissant - personnel qui ne dit pas systématiquement bonjour (il faut le provoquer) - personnel qui rechigne à donner un sac poubelle ou un produit de nettoyage. En restant une semaine sur une île on ne va pas acheter des produits d’entretien. Ceux-ci devraient être fournis en quantité suffisante. De plus ces articles permettent de rendre l’appartement propre, en toutes logique nous devrions être encouragés à les utiliser… Le sel, le poivre, de l’huile, du papier wc tout ça devrait être fourni correctement.
