San Roque Center - IB. Apartments

appartamento di buone dimensioni, perfettamente arredato all’interno di una struttura moderna. Perfetto per una famiglia e per una visita della città. Molto comodo il garage. Ottima pulizia. Posizione molto buona per visitare per intero la città.

La casa era ben arredata, con molte accortezze: lavatrice, asciugatrice, attrezzatura da cucina, 2 ventilatori, ferro da stiro. Insomma come stessimo a casa nostra. Sotto il palazzo un grande supermercato per rifornirsi. Il garage per la macchina. Il centro della città è la spiaggia della Concha dista 15' a piedi.

Nulla mi è piaciuto tutto.

Large apartment, in a very central location, easy walking distance to the beach and the many bars and restaurants. Access to the apartment was easy with our host Aitor. Aitor shared some great tips on local attractions and the excellent music festival. The dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer were great additions. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure, perfect for washing your hair!

For the price of the apartment, the kitchen is lacking several key things! The kettle didn't work, as it has an English plug, and no adapter, so it was useless! No coffee machine either, so we had to boil water on the hob. Only 3 mugs, 1 of which was chipped, so the apartment would benefit from a new range of mugs. No cloth to wipe the kitchen counter and worktops, and no tea towel to dry the 3 mugs (we had to keep hand washing the mugs given there were only 3, but nothing to dry them with). As most of the kitchen cupboards and drawers are locked, there were no basics for guests in the kitchen such as aluminium foil and plastic wrap to cover food, no salt and pepper, so we had to buy everything Normally, apartments of this standard provide such basics. The winter duvet in the main bedroom was far too warm for the summer! Separate sheets weren't provided, so we removed the winter duvet, and slept with just the empty duvet cover, and put the duvet inside the small wardrobe. As half the wardrobes and cupboards were locked, it didn't leave much room for our clothes. Especially to hang long dresses.

The property was hotel standard 5 star, spacious, clean, powerful showers, fully equipped, walking distance from the town, bars and supermarket in the area . Excellent

From 1am in the morning it was quite noisy with rubbish collection and road sweepers this continued until around 4 am.( I suggest keeping the windows locked and using the fan which is provided)
