About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright apartment, sleeps 5, at the entrance of the village
The 70 sqm property is located on the first and last floor in a very quiet area, a few minutes walk from the center, is surrounded by a communal garden, with shrubs and trees typical of the Mediterranean scrub, with a field in the center tennis court which use is free of charge for our customers.
Ample parking in the area in front of the residence.
The house, with attention to the smallest details, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, consists of a large living room with sofa bed, relaxation corner, 43-inch satellite TV, fireplace and open kitchen complete with everything, large terrace level with complete privacy, mountain and condominium garden view, perfect for enjoying the sunset, having lunch and dinner outside.
The house is ideal for those who choose a relaxing holiday with family or couple.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, large wardrobes and a balcony with a wide view.
The apartment is completed by the bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin and washing machine.
In five minutes by car you can reach beaches of incomparable beauty such as Simius, Porto Sa Ruxi, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Spiaggia Del Riso, Punta Molenti and Notteri as well as the marine reserve of Capo Carbonara, an ideal place for diving and snorkelling. About 200 meters from the apartment there is the stop for the Summerbus which stops at all the beaches; same stop for the Shuttlebus to and from the Elmas Airport and the public transport line to the center of Cagliari.
In the immediate vicinity there are shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, hairdressers and the new Museo Del Mare.
Equipment provided: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, American coffee maker and umbrellas.
Please kindly observe the release time of the apartment at 10.00 am.
Upon request change of linen and bathroom set,
From the 2. week onwards a change od linen and towels will be payed on site.

Walk to town and restaurants. Within 15 minutes drive time of numerous beautiful sandy beaches. Warm welcoming host Maurizio met us when we arrived and recommended places for us to see and dine. Great to have a washer in the place. Beds were very comfortable. Two patios - one for drying laundry and one for dining. Had a wonderful 3 weeks in Villasimius. We will return.

Cozy apartment, very well equiped with everything you need for a wonderful time. The apartment has washing machine and dishwater, a modern shower cabin and a charming balcony. We were 2 adults and 2 children and were well accommodated. The location is perfect, in 3 min walkung distance from the centerThe owner had a fantastic hospitality

We had a good time during our holidays in Villasimius. The town offers a good base to explore the wonderful clear water beaches nearby. There are so many!
We visited in June and many were shallow for quite few meters, ideal for toddlers/young children.
The flat was clean upon arrival. Location wise, I thought it would be a bit more central, but the town centre of Villasimius is actually quite small. You can walk to the centre, a good 10min walk.
Waste wise, you do have to bring your own compost and non-recyclable waste to the recycling centre (a few min away from the flat by car) which is manageable but to note that there is no kerbside collection.
The flat has a nice terrace with mountain/countryside view, as seen in the listing description. There were however a few things that were not as per the flat description on Vrbo: there was no wifi in the flat and it wasn’t a smartTV (common definition of smartTV is ability to browse netflix or amazonTv etc). There was satellite though. This was something that Harald the flat owner acknowledged and helped us solve with providing us an internet connection that we could hotspot on. Parking wise, we did have a spot to park our car on, but I don’t think it is a private car space (as mentioned in the listing), it felt more of a first come first served, but as we were travelling right before the high season it’s been ok. It’s also a shame (but nothing you can do really!) about the view from the living room being on a nearby building in ruins.
Upon arrival, we were also notified that the fridge was out of order, it was quickly replaced the next day.
At the end of our first week which had very hot weather, we had some issues with the electricity, the mains switching off when the AC was on in addition to either the dishwasher or oven. Again, the flat owner was very responsive and got in touch with the electricity provider to increase the electrical capacity of the flat.
We were the first renters of the season so I believe it should be a bit smoother for the upcoming bookings!
