About this house rental
Relax and unwind at our light-filled beachside retreat in Blairgowrie. Just a short stroll to the front beach, shops, cafés, and local playground, it’s the perfect base for a memorable coastal escape.
Our family-friendly home offers spacious open-plan living, a fully fenced yard, solar-heated pool, outdoor entertaining deck with kitchen, and trampoline perfect for beach days, poolside lounging, and relaxed evenings with family or friends.

Our Blairgowrie beach house is a cozy, sun-filled home that has everything you need for a laid-back getaway. The open-plan living space is warm and bright, with polished floorboards, high ceilings, and a comfy gas fireplace to curl up next to on cooler nights. There’s air-con in the main area to keep things cool in summer, and each bedroom has heaters and fans so everyone stays comfy all year round.
The house sleeps eight and is perfect for families or a group of friends. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed with views of the side garden, and the third is a fun kids' space with two sets of bunks. There’s a large bathroom with a bath (ideal after beach days) and a separate laundry with washer and dryer to make things easy.
The north-facing layout means the house is filled with light from morning till evening. The living space opens out to two generous decks, perfect for relaxed breakfasts, evening drinks, or curling up with a book.
One of our favourite spots is the outdoor entertaining area tucked under a lush vine-covered canopy in summer. There’s a big table that seats 10, a plumbed-in gas BBQ, and outdoor fridges so you can settle in for long lunches or dinners under the stars without needing to go inside.
And then there’s the pool. The solar-heated pool is bathed in sunlight all day, making it the perfect place to soak up the holiday vibes. There are double daybed-style lounges and a large umbrella for shade when you need a break from the sun. It’s the kind of place where afternoons slip by with a book in hand, cool drink by your side, and nowhere else you need to be.
The backyard is fully fenced with plenty of space for the kids to run around, plus a trampoline to keep them busy while you relax.
It’s the kind of place that feels easy and familiar the moment you arrive whether you’re swimming, snoozing, cooking, or just soaking it all in.

Must be 25 years or older to rent. No Animals. No events, parties, gatherings or schoolies.

Was a great family home. Clean and modern with everything you need. House was very secure for kids so they could play freely in the front yard and backyard with ease. Communication with the host was easy and never a problem. Looking forward to a return trip one day soon.

A beautiful, well presented and clean home that had everything we needed for a really enjoyable long weekend. The space was inviting and open and perfect for relaxing inside in the open plan space or outside by the pool. The kitchen also has everything you need if you like to cook. Great communication and fast response if anything needed during the stay. It felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay.

Such a lovely place to stay! The house had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay and lots of extras in the kitchen for cooking our meals. Very sad to have left after a great 4 nights. Thank you Donna for your beautiful property - will definitely stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Well equipped, spacious internal and external living areas to enjoy with a great pool to relax in. Location is close to the shops and the beach. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay.
