About this house rental
Welcome to Rye Coastal Oasis, a relaxed and spacious beachside retreat tucked away in one of Ryes most sought-after pockets, just a short stroll from the beautiful Tyrone Foreshore.
Set on a generous level block and less than 400 metres from the beach, this light-filled coastal home is perfectly designed for family holidays, weekend escapes and laid-back Mornington Peninsula stays. With plenty of space to spread out, peaceful garden surrounds and multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, it offers everything you need for an easy coastal getaway.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, where warm timber floors, natural light and cooling bay breezes create an instantly welcoming feel. Large glass doors open onto a generous entertaining deck, making it easy to move from relaxed mornings inside to long summer lunches, afternoon drinks or evening barbecues with family and friends.
The living area also features a charming daybed nook overlooking the deck, the perfect spot to curl up with a book, enjoy a quiet coffee or sneak in an afternoon nap after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is well positioned for holiday living, with an island bench and barstool seating for casual meals, drinks and conversation. It includes a dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven and plenty of storage, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners.
With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate study, the home is ideal for families, couples travelling together or guests needing a quiet work-from-home space during their stay. The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat with built-in robes, a private ensuite and French doors opening to the landscaped gardens. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms includes its own balcony with calming views across the native tea-tree and moonah, offering a lovely place to unwind.
Comfort is covered year-round with an electric log fire, ducted heating and split system heating/cooling on the ground floor, plus an additional split system upstairs for the bedrooms.
Outside, guests can enjoy the sun-soaked deck, spacious lawn areas and established gardens, with plenty of room for children to play and guests to relax after a day exploring the Peninsula. The property also offers excellent parking and storage, including a double garage with internal access and a second large garage in the backyard, ideal for boats, jet skis, trailers or extra vehicles.
Perfectly located close to the beach, cafs, coastal walking tracks and all the best of Rye, this inviting home is a wonderful base for enjoying the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle.
