Functional kitchen design with an island bench and stools, provides all the necessities, oven, hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry staples and Nespresso coffee machine. Meals area to seat 8 and a comfortable lounge and chairs to watch TV or stream your favourites. Wi-Fi included. A desk and chair nook is provided for those requiring to work.
Upstairs outdoor deck is conveniently located footsteps from the kitchen. Seating, tables, BBQ, outdoor festoon lighting that illuminates the entertaining space and sets a fabulous mood.

A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided for all bookings of 3 nights or more. BYO Beach towels.
This property provides the basic linen package for 2 nights which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.
