About this house rental
This architecturally designed property is an entertainer's dream that can easily accommodate 2 families with a sun-drenched yard, stunning solar-heated plunge pool and tranquil garden, with the house opening out onto these divine spaces. Spend all day at the sparkling bay beach and then walk home to your dream holiday space for a dip in the plunge pool and dine alfresco.
Accommodation comprises four well-appointed bedrooms (three with ceiling fans), 2 full bathrooms and a master bedroom with an amazing built-in window seat, which is the perfect reading nook. The main living space is open plan with a Coonara wood fire, modern kitchen/dining with quality appliances, coffee machine, dishwasher, and additional bar/drinks fridge.
Hot and cold bathtub and outdoor shower. Ceiling fans in three bedrooms, split system heating and cooling in the main living space, living room has a smart TV with Netflix and you will also enjoy complimentary WIFI.
Indoor and outdoor entertaining zones, the whole house oozes relaxation and holiday vibes. Ample parking for 2 plus cars, as well as being able to accommodate a small boat. The outdoors is perfect for young children and select pets. Features include a private plunge pool, open fireplace, heating and cooling, WIFI, Netflix, Euro laundry, highchair porta cot (BYO linen) books, and games.

We recently had a girls weekend here; our first time in this home. Was so great sleeps 8 comfortably bunk beds make up the 10. The home just flowed so well. We enjoyed lots of cheese and wine platters, lit the fire, danced the night away!! some of us chilled on the comfy couch. Walking distance to beach & coffee was great. We will definitely be back & some of the ladies will be looking to hire with families. Thanks JC short stays:)x

From booking to sadly leaving every aspect of this extraordinary stay was sublime. The home was so stylish and spacious with the coolest pool and bay window as a huge surprise. Jellis Craig were so easy to deal with and super flexible checkin and out. We were able to have a family celebration just the way we imagined. A gem!

The pros: the property is mostly as described - sleeps 6 adults, has a coffee machine, bbq pool. The cons:Be prepared for a huge amount of rules and penalty fees. Then you get there and there and there is another rulebook full of rules and feesSolar heated pool means it is heated by the sun - so on back to back 36 degree days it is bracingly cold. There was one coffee pod that had been mangled by the coffee machine and completely unusable There was no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tabletsIt was quite dusty and multiple people who stayed were sneezing non stopThe orice is high
