    Specifically chose a hotel near airport limo bus stop for convenience since lugging around luggages with older people would be difficult. The location is good in the sense that subway stations and bus stops are nearby, lotte mall and times square and good restaurants are also within walking distance. But then if you want to go to popular places like Myeongdongs or Seongsu, these are quite far. In terms of service, check out process was efficient, check in had a queue but we were attended to in a short time. All my requests were addressed, high floor, quiet room for my senior parents, etc. We got one king room and one twin room, only the king room is in the quiet area. For the twinnroom, you can hear the train noise even though you are on the 16th floor. Can be quite bothersome but i brought earplugs. What I did not like was that the toilet does not have a door, in the twin room. For the king room, the door for the toilet swivels to the shower. There is a lack of privacy in this type of room set up. Good thing we are amongst family. Despite that, the room was clean and orderly.

    The hotel is nice, as you would expect from a Marriott property. However, there are only four elevators serving the building, and it's common to see long lines of guests waiting to go up or down.Our room faced the train tracks, which made it quite noisy from around 5:00 AM until midnight. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, but the location was not ideal for us.Overall, while the service was good, I would likely choose a different hotel the next time I visit Seoul.
