    The rooms are clean and relatively more spacious compared to the Fairfield by Marriott just across the road, which is a definite plus. However, the check-in experience felt less welcoming, as staff at the counter were not very proficient or helpful when communicating, especially when I arrived slightly early. The luggage drop area was also not ideal — it felt either too exposed in the lobby or tucked away in a dim self-service corner near the stairs. The lifts can be quite slow, particularly if you are staying on a higher floor. On the positive side, there is a 7-Eleven very close by, and the area behind the hotel comes alive at night with a vibrant atmosphere. It is within walking distance to Yeongdeungpo Station, though this station can be confusing for first-time visitors to Korea, and it may be difficult to find English-speaking help nearby. The station is connected to Lotte Mall, underground shopping areas, and links to Shinsegae, which adds convenience once you get familiar with the layout.

    A suitable hotel for people that like a hard bed. The bed was far too hard for my liking and gave me considerable back pain along with poor quality sleep for the 4 nights we booked. The photos did not indicate the beds were less than comfy.

    Friendly staff helped us early check in. Larger room with complemented beverages were plus. Wish cleaner room- found some hairs on vanity counter. Would be nice if shower curtains installed. Overall experiences were better than expected. Will come back if I'm near Youngseungpo area.
