    The hotel has a nice facade and gives a good first impression. The room was bigger than I expected, clean, and comfortable, and I also liked that it came with a bathtub. My main issue was the very late check-in time. Agoda indicated that check-in was at 4:00 PM, but when I arrived, I was told that it was actually at 5:00 PM. I already find 4:00 PM quite late for hotel check-in, so 5:00 PM was even more surprising and inconvenient, especially after traveling. Another downside was that they didn’t have a clothes iron or steamer available, which I think is a pretty basic amenity for travelers. Overall, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the 5:00 PM check-in time and lack of an iron or steamer are definitely things to consider when booking.

    Room with hair setting spray :) Clean and friendly staff. Only one uncomfortable thing is the mosaic glass between toilet and bedroom in full body ..the mosaic cant hide all because when we turned the light off in the room we can see the body inside the toilet more clearer.

    The rooms are clean and relatively more spacious compared to the Fairfield by Marriott just across the road, which is a definite plus. However, the check-in experience felt less welcoming, as staff at the counter were not very proficient or helpful when communicating, especially when I arrived slightly early. The luggage drop area was also not ideal — it felt either too exposed in the lobby or tucked away in a dim self-service corner near the stairs. The lifts can be quite slow, particularly if you are staying on a higher floor. On the positive side, there is a 7-Eleven very close by, and the area behind the hotel comes alive at night with a vibrant atmosphere. It is within walking distance to Yeongdeungpo Station, though this station can be confusing for first-time visitors to Korea, and it may be difficult to find English-speaking help nearby. The station is connected to Lotte Mall, underground shopping areas, and links to Shinsegae, which adds convenience once you get familiar with the layout.

    Everywhere is full of dust. From the table top, to the rack in the toilet. The towels have hair on it and the sink table top had water when I first went in. There is also pubic hair on the pillow. It makes me think if the staff even changed the bedsheet or clean the room. Thank lord I only stayed for one night. The only good thing is that it's near the train station and shinsegae. Else, please look for somewhere else that is much better with this price to stay
