    I have booked this location as the musical I am watching is just one subway station away. Hotel is conveniently located near to the subway station, department store and has convenience store and cafe chains nearby. There is also an emart about 15minutes walk away. Room is quite spacious and comes with a smart TV where you could watch YouTube on it. Towels and bedsheets are generally clean but it seems like the area under the bed is not cleaned regularly as there were a lot of dust. Also, the chain lock for my room was missing and seems it is connected to another room beside. As a female solo traveler, it was quite a safety concern for me. You can also hear noises from the corridor when people walk past. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay for me as it was really value for money. I also found really a really nice nail shop and hair salon nearby.

    I have switched hotels in between my trip and came back to stay at Connected Hotel again. The room assigned this round comes with chain lock and it was not a connecting room. Staff is really friendly and could speak english. They have kindly assisted to call for a taxi for me to get to Incheon Airport. As I bought many things and had to pack them before leaving, I did not request for housekeeping. Really appreciate that clean towels and bottled water were placed outside my hotel room when I was back. Will consider staying here again.

    We stayed at the hotel in early April. Overall, the hotel itself is decent, but our experience was significantly affected by the behavior of one of the reception staff — an older man (unfortunately, we do not remember his name, possibly Lee or Kim). From the very beginning, he was rude and showed clear irritation. On the day of arrival (around 10:00 AM), after a long trip, we politely asked about breakfast, but received a sharp and unfriendly response. Later, we had an issue in the kitchen area: we were not allowed to use the dishes, even though we clearly stated that we would clean and wash everything after ourselves. The refusal was given in a harsh and unfriendly manner. We also placed some food on the kitchen refrigerator, after which the staff installed a lock on it in front of us. This was quite surprising and uncomfortable. In the evening, the kitchen was completely locked without any explanation. Considering that we came from another country for a sports competition, it was important for us to eat properly and recover, but these actions created unnecessary stress and discomfort. We have traveled to many countries and have never experienced such treatment before. Seoul itself left a positive impression, however, this particular staff member gave us a very different feeling about local hospitality. We recommend the hotel management to pay attention to service quality and provide proper staff training, as reception staff represent the face of the hotel.
