We wanted to stay near Gimpo Airport because we had a early morning flight and this hotel was perfect for us with very friendly staff. Highly recommend !

The service quality is very poor. I have stayed at many hotels in Seoul; however, this hotel has a bad location in a residential area that is difficult to access. Secondly, the room cleanliness is not good, and the staff service is unsatisfactory. The breakfast is extremely poor, especially since guests often have to ask for knives and forks themselves. On one morning, I saw a staff member clearing leftover food and then handing out knives and forks to guests, which is very unhygienic.
Another downside is that there are no basic personal items like a comb or toothbrush provided in the room—they have to be purchased from a vending machine, but it does not accept visa card or Apple Pay. This is very inconvenient for guests who need these everyday essentials. I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
