One Central Hotel & Suites

Central was right in the cities action area. Buffet was great.

Gym had dumbbells and a cable machine, and cardio equipment, but I thought was a little lacking but better than nothing.

The location was great, the staff were helpful and very polite, the restaurant was delicious and the beds comfy.

The pool area was very small so getting into the water was sometimes tricky but not overly bothersome.

The Breakfast buffet food selection and the staff attentiveness in the restaurant. They very helpful security guards👍 We really appreciate it. The packed breakfast they provided was also good, complete breakfast with coffee.

First, I received an automatic cancellation notice if I do not get to confirm before 6pm the day before our check-in. I was confused because I fully paid for 3 rooms for 2 nights, couple of days before our stay. We tried calling all the numbers we found in the email and site, no one was answering. They only answered through text the morning of check-in. They can improve on their customer service hotline. Second, the provided bath amenities and dental kits can improve. Lastly, the gym should have deodorizer or they can disinfect it more.

Central location. Basic rooms. Nice rooftop pool.
