Summit Galleria Cebu

The staff were amazing, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.

The rooms and facilities have definitely seen better days, particularly the pool area and its facilities. It’s such a shame because the wonderful staff and overall experience have so much potential.

Location next to Robinsons Galleria was very convenient for restaurants, shopping, money exchange. Rooms were clean. The Summit Galleria had a delicious breakfast buffet. Service was impeccable, especially from Neil, Steven and Shamae. They deserve a raise! Totally recommend!

Great place with some shortcomings. The TV and internet were weak. I was confined a few days and the channel selection was very poor. 1990 movies on repeat is sad. No youtube, no Netflix. Nothing but old HBO b movies. Need better. The restaurant staff were incredible for breakfast buffet. Especially shamae, Neil and stephan. Best care i ever got. All 3 could teach how to run a restaurant. Overall I love the place. Room was excellent. Housekeeping excellent. Air Conditioning seemed old with unusual thermostat. I would stay here every time. It even comes with a mall attached.

friendly staff

pay as you request for room service from restaurant instead of charge to our room. This is not handly when you have kids over 15 yrs old left in our room for dinner. But in other hand the staff manage to consider. Still this should be available for guest.
