About this house rental

Completely refurbished in May 2022!
Linked 2 bedroom townhouse with access to shared pool located in the resort of Lakeside Village within the five star resort of Quinta do Lago.
Lakeside Village guests also have the use of the two communal swimming pools and two tennis courts.
• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both en-suite - both NEW) + NEW guest cloakroom
• Lounge/dining area with cable television
• Fully fitted NEW kitchen with all appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave
• Air conditioning and heating throughout
• Patio furniture and gas barbecue
Large kidney shaped shared pool.

Close to all amenities including horse riding, tennis academy, water sports, shops, bars and restaurants.
Approx 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Just back from 10 days here, property has been refurbished since we booked-very well done. Great to have the smaller pool right outside for use of only 5/6 Villas as well as the main bigger one. Easy walk to the lake and The Campus. Paulo was a delight to deal with. We have already booked to go back in October.

We really enjoyed our stay and found all of our needs met. Whenever we had any questions we found Paulo to be very quick with his responses. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone in the future.
