About this villa rental
This charming villa by Triorum Algarve is located in a peaceful corner of Dunas Douradas and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Algarve holiday. Surrounded by pine trees and nature views, the villa features a new private heated pool with integrated children’s section and optional safety fence**, all set within a sunny south-facing terrace that enjoys sunshine throughout the day.
With two bedrooms, comfortable indoor-outdoor living spaces, and the beach within walking distance, the villa is ideal for a family or couple looking to unwind in a quiet yet central location.

Guests also benefit from Triorum Algarve’s usual family-friendly extras, including complimentary baby equipment and free access to the Dunas Douradas communal pool.
THE LOCATION
The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Dunas Douradas, between the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the central Algarve.
Backing directly onto pine woodland, the property enjoys exceptional privacy and beautiful natural surroundings — a rare privilege within the resort. A pleasant 5–10 minute walk takes you to nearby Garrão Beach, its beachfront restaurants, and the ocean.
The pinewood views can be enjoyed from:

* The private pool terrace and BBQ area
* The first-floor balcony window
The Dunas Douradas clubhouse is just a one-minute walk away and offers:

* Pool heating requires a minimum of one week’s notice; safety fence installation requires three weeks’ notice.
* A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros is payable in cash on arrival and refunded after departure and final inspection.
* For online bookings our minimum guest rating requirement is 4.8.

Dunas Douradas is a pay-as-you-go resort. Facilities such as golf, tennis, and gym access are not included in the rental price. Access to the Dunas Douradas communal pool is included in your rental.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For the security of both guests and the property, the villa is equipped with two exterior security cameras monitoring the property boundaries: Front entrance area / Rear patio gates and walls
LONGTERM STAYS
For monthly winter stays:
* Electricity is charged separately at the national rate
* Pool heating is included if requested
* Cleaning is charged separately, with a minimum fortnightly clean required
* Long-term cancellation conditions differ from short-term bookings, so please contact us before sending booking requests
* Maximum occupancy for long-term stays is 2 adults plus respective children

We stayed at this villa for a total of 9 nights. It was very comfortable, clean and well appointed.Upon arrival the host met us at the villa and was a wealth of information. She was very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay.The pool area is lovely, We had the pool heated for our stay, but as it turns out, the weather did not cooperate while we were there.I would highly recommend this location.

We were a family of 4 , mum and dad and 2 daughters aged 20 & 22 , the Villa really is outstanding . Starting with kerb appeal - it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and the directions and map co-ordinates issued by the host are a must to drop the pin on if you are using Uber/Bolt . The villa is south facing which captures the sun all day at the rear pool area and has a scenic view of trees from the rear . Inside it is immaculate and a great layout , kitchen has all the mod cons you need , bedrooms bright and both have a/c units as does the main living room. The host is fantastic , very friendly and approachable , and very prompt in replying to any queries. The info folder in the villa is so detailed , everything you need is in there . We stayed for 6 nights and did not have a car by choice , so we used Uber/Bolt to get around to local restaurants etc , you can walk to the beach approx 15 mins , our local was Maria’s - rooftop bar and restaurant - a must ! We will definitely return here - fantastic all round value for your money .

We highly recommend this lovely villa, conveniently situated near the beach, golf courses and restaurants. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Situated in a quiet and safe area, the view of the pine trees from the pool adds to a relaxing experience. Very responsible host. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice villa with all you need for a family stay (we have 3 kids). Heated pool used everyday by the kids. Lynn is very welcoming and make sure the stay feels like holidays.
