About this villa rental
This villa designed by Triorum Algarve is located in a quiet corner of Vale do Lobo, and features a private heated pool with a kids section and an optional safety fence**. It has been stylishly decorated, and has three double bedrooms as well as a large and comfortable open plan living-dining area - perfect for a large family or two couples sharing.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Villa is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo resort, and has a lovely little playground a couple of minutes away from the doorstep.
The large patio at the back of the villa is perfect for Al-Fresco dining with a dining table and sunloungers for relaxing. The private pool can be heated , and a kids safety fence can be installed on request**.
Additional terraces and a large roof terrace offer even more outdoor space and can be used for sunbathing in privacy.
A 15 minute walk takes you to the Vale do Lobo beach, its beachfront restaurants and the ocean.
The Vale do Lobo tennis and padel academy is a few minutes away, and exhibits a gym, a swimming pool, a bar and restaurant, and of course lots of courts that can booked.
At the Vale do Lobo main clubhouse you will find a restaurant and bar, a gym, spa, shops and other ammenities.
Europe's finest golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just a few minutes away, as are a host of additional activities such as horse riding, watersports, go karting, cinema, shopping, bars, restaurants and water parks to name a few. See more details in the location description.
THE VILLA
In the inside, the villa offers an open plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker soundbar and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private patio and pool.
The ground floor double bedroom features a super kingsize bed of the luxury brand Jenson, a wardrobe and its own adjacent bathroom.
The first floor master double bedroom features a super kingsize bed with separate mattresses and two large wardrobes. It shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two single beds and its own terrace.
GUEST COMFORT
- An inbuilt safe for your valuables is installed.
- The AC heating system and fireplace keep you warm in the winter months.
BABY PACKAGE
We offer a baby package, consisting of the following items, on request:
- Highchair
- Travel cot
- Stair gate
- Baby bath
- Pool safety fence**
For babies under two we additionally can supply a blender to prepare babyfoods, as well as a microwave steriliser. These items are supplied by us free of charge.
The local Kangaroo Kidsclub offers entertainment in groups or babysitting until late during the school holidays (extra cost applies).
NOTES
* The property is air conditioned throughout. The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, but carries an extra cost of 150 Euros per week during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
** Pool heating and safety fence are optional and are charged extra at 190 Euros and 150 Euros per week respectively. Pool heating and fence setup require minimum one-week and three week notices respectively.
A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros is payable on arrival in cash. This will be refunded after the exit cleaning has been completed by transfer in the currency of your choice.

TOURIST TAX (starting 01/11/2024)
In line with practices adopted by other municipalities across the Algarve and various cities internationally, Loulé Council has introduced a tourism tax for the municipality.
Rates are as follows:
Low Season (1st November – 31st March): 1€ per day / per person
High Season (1st April – 31st October): 2€ per day / per person
Please note the following stipulations:
- The tax is applicable only to those who are over 16 years-old of age
- It is charged only on the first 5 days of your stay
- The tax needs to be paid in cash on check-in
RESORT
Vale do Lobo is not an all inclusive resort, facilities listed such as golf, tennis, gyms and pools are pay-as-you-go. We do part in the ebike scheme but do not take part in the Welcome cards / bus card scheme.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For our property's and guests' security, all our villas are equipped with two security cameras monitoring property boundaries: the front door, and the back patio gates and walls.
LONGTERM STAYS
For stays taking advantage of our longterm monthly rates, electricity is charged at the national rate. Pool heating is included in these stays if the guest so wishes.
Cleaning is charged separately, with a minimum requirement of a fortnightly clean.
The cancellation policy for these stays differs from our short rental policy, please therefore do not send us booking requests without speaking to us first.
For longterm stays we can accept a maximum of 4 guests in this villa.

Villa was great and the host provided everything for young children - stair gates, high chair, cot etc. great location - only 15 mins to the beach. Restaurants and activities just a 5 min drive too which is great. Host was very fast at responses and helped with everything we needed. Overall a great place and host!

Had a fab time at this villa. Firstly, it was absolutely spotless. Loved all the little outdoor spaces, the split level living area with ample seating, and the pool was a great size. All bedrooms are spacious with plenty storage for clothes, and the kitchen, although not big had everything you could possibly need. Lynn was really lovely and made sure she covered all aspects of what I may need during my stay. There's also a very well presented and laid out welcome folder containing so much information about the area, and further afield, to help you get the most out of your stay. The area itself is quiet, a few minutes walk to tennis courts, restaurants are a bit further but still within walking distance. I hired a car and found I could visit most surrounding towns within 15-20 mins. I felt at home straight away in this villa and would highly recommend it.

We stayed in the villa for just under two weeks and could barely fault the trip! The villa is about a 20 minute walk from Vale do Lobo main beach front, and also the other direction to Maria's/Julia's beach. We hired a car, which really helped with travel to the supermarket, restaurants, and beaches if we didn't feel like walking! You could definitely manage without though, especially if you make use of the e-bikes.
The villa itself is in a gorgeous area next to the tennis academy, with a lovely pond area out the front. The layout is perfect for friend or family groups, there were two couples and a toddler in our group and it was perfect. The host was great, giving us lots of advice beforehand, and setting up the villa with stairgates, highchair, travel cot and toys for our daughter.
The villa has everything you need to be comfortable and cook at home, we also barbequed a couple of times, which was great. There are a few outside areas to sit, which are lovely. Honestly can't think of anything negative! We would love to go back and stay again.

We have rented many villas over the last 6 yrs.This is one of our favourites.Lynn the owner responded quickly to our initial enquiry, she gave lots of information about the house, the area, how to get from the airport etc.Friends decided to join us & when we contacted Lynn she was happy to accommodate our request.Lynn met us at the house, she ran through everything we could possibly need to know.The house....Wow ,its gorgeous, tastefully,beautifully furnished, very comfortable sitting room, amazingly comfy beds & pillows with good quality bed linen, fluffy towels & also pool towels.Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of everything!The fridge freezer is huge, there is a washing machine which was great.The outside area is perfect, a lovely table with seating for 8, luxury sun beds with deep mattresses & the roof terrace is ideal when the sun moves from the pool area,Plenty of restaurants locally.The beach is a 20 /25 minute walk( we had a car) I cannot recommend this villa more than 5 stars but I would give 10/10 for the holiday experience .Perfect. Thank you Lynn
