It’s very comfortable with all amenities, and very clean, WiFi is good also for remote work and it’s quite , it’s part of a building. I met some on the stairs and they were nice to me. The apartment has lot of plants and flowers, really beautiful
The checkout time being 10am like a hotel isn’t suitable, it will be good if it’s like many other apartments at 3pm. If you have to check out at 10am you barely sleep.

Verkade vara nyrenoverad lägenhet, rent och välstädat. Gratis parkering utanför porten, lätt att hitta plats. Trevlig och mysig lägenhet med ombonad balkong. Sköna sängar. Välutrustad med allt vi behövde, bra kaffemaskin. Bra kontakt med ägarinnan.

It was nice and neat. Very cozy from the inside and many places to sleep on (there was 4 of us)
The dishwasher was not powerful enough, had to wash dishes by hand

Comfortabel appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook een wasmachine was prettig. Lekker grote bank in de woonkamer, keuken goed voorzien van pannen en servies. Goede bedden, ruime slaapkamers.
2 hoog, lift werkt niet. Voor ons was dit geen probleem, maar kan me voorstellen voor anderen minder prettig. Appartement zit in een groot flatgebouw, vinden van een parkeerplek is soms een beetje lastig. Zit toch nog wel een stukje van Split centrum, 20 min lopen.
