Relaxing 2BD Apartment, Ground Floor - Walk to Old Town

This property was super clean and very well set up. It’s about 1.2 km from the Riva so a perfect walk all downhill also leading to the main beach swimming area. The unit is within a large complex but being ground floor has its own access to outside. Buses are right next to the complex to take you anywhere ( bus 18 to Split Mall or to the Old Town and Riva ) but I enjoyed walking everywhere. An excellent little cafe is right next door with delicious pastries. A pharmacy and Tommy supermarket are within 100 meters too. The unit itself was spacious especially the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. The unit is super quiet at night too.

I stayed 2 months and my only negative was not being able to see outside at all. This would not be an issue for some people but although I got used to it I felt claustrophobic at first. I prefer a balcony and window to look out of.

We had a wonderful stay The apartment was impressively clean and spacious, with everything arranged so thoughtfully. One of the best things about the place is its fantastic location it’s just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which made exploring so easy. Our host welcomed us and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. They stocked the apartment with coffee, tea, bread, jam, yogurt, and apples, so we could enjoy a tasty and convenient light breakfast each morning. We really appreciated these thoughtful touches and the hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay!

There wasn’t a designated parking spot. When we were choosing a place to stay in Split, we made sure to use the parking filter so we’d have a place for our rental car. However, when we arrived and looked at the listing again, we realized after clicking through several sections that it actually said, “Free public parking is available nearby (no reservation needed).” Unfortunately, finding a free parking space near the apartment turned out to be quite difficult.

Something wrong with the drain in the bathroom, but I think it’s due to the building conditions

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the location is very convenient — just a short walk to the Old Town and main attractions. The host was responsive and check-in was easy.

The apartment had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, and since it’s separated from the main building and located on the ground floor, it gave off a garage-like feeling. It felt a bit isolated and not very welcoming at first.
