Located in one of the most beautiful bays of Sicily Tyrrhenian between the Gulf of Tindari and the Cape of Milazzo directly on the beach from the terrace you can admire the Aeolian Islands and beautiful sunsets.
The apartment consists of:
Large terrace with table and chairs n. 2 sunbeds
1 double bedroom for 2 people and closet;
Kitchen - living room with sofa bed for 2 people
Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink mirror, cupboard, washing machine.
1 outdoor shower - ideal when you return from the beach;
1 private parking free;
direct beach access;
gated courtyard;
relaxation area (common) on the beach with table and chairs.
Furnished with all the amenities.
Air conditioning, Internet, satellite TV, electric oven and microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric grill, grill, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair-iron, clothes, bed linen -private, sunbeds, sunshade, smoke detector, first aid kit.
The apartment is located directly on the beach (just down the stairs), in the immediate vicinity (150 \ 200 m) are: bar, restaurant, sandwich bar, tobacco shop, hairdresser, pizzeria, beach and a small stall with fresh fish (just got out boat).
It is about 800m from the village center where there are various offices and supermarkets.
For larger shopping centers just walk the coast and about 3km are the Famila and Lidl.
The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday but also for discovering the beauty of our Sicily.
"Villa Romana" (800m) archaeological site, dating from the first century. C. characterized by a system of canals that allowed the aristocrats of the time to take advantage of the thermal waters, within which still retains a beautiful mosaic floor. (1km)

Summary of reviewsThe apartment meets German standards and is very lovingly furnished. The air conditioning is a blessing in higher temperatures. Sleeping with the window open and the sound of the sea without street noise is a dream.

Die Wohnung entspricht deutschen Ansprüchen und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die
Klimageräte sind eine Wohltat bei höheren Temperaturen. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster und Meeresrauschen ohne Straßenlärm ein Traum. Für den steinigen Strand am besten feste Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Auto empfehlenswert für Einkäufe und Besichtigungen.
