This spacious country house awaits you in a quiet environment where the whole family can have peaceful and tranquil holiday.
There are small towns nearby - Malestroit, Serent,,Rochefort en terre, Josselin, 25 minutes from Vannes of the Gulf of Morbihan and its beaches, the forest of Brocéliande, and near to the canal from Nantes to Brest canal
The house is Situated in its own grounds with a large garden and patio area and BBQ. Garage with badminton set, body boards, loungers and 8 adult bikes for use including 2 children’s bikes. Driveway for 2 / 3 cars.
House -Ground floor comprises of a large traditional Kitchen . New electric cooker with ceramic hob and fan assisted oven. lounge with dining area with patio doors leading to the garden, utility room with wahong machine and downstairs bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Wooden stairs lead to the second floor with 2 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. In the second bedroom stairs lead to a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a mezzanine with a double sofa bed. Wi-Fi 5G
We welcome up to 2 dogs to stay for a small fee but sorry no cats.
