Samsara Private Villas

Big villa, spacious, comfortable. It is near the road but it’s not noisy. The pool is excellent and the barbecue place was very nice. Air conditioning in every room but you don’t need it because the whole place has cool temperatures. We had our two little dogs, they loved the place running everywhere

The WiFi is not so strong but it’s not the villa’s problem, the whole place has some internet issues. Still, not a deal breaker

Nous aurions aimé, concernant les équipements de la cuisine, avoir un grille pain et plus de mugs ou bols pour le petit déjeuner

I had a wonderful stay at Samsara Villa. The villa itself is very comfortable and has everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and lots of sitting/dining areas. The real highlight is the pool area out back, with a huge pool, fabulous view and large, comfortable lounges for relaxing. I'd definitely recommend dining at the winery across the road which has an absolutely spectacular view over the caldera. I had a couple of issues with internet, water etc, which were sorted out quickly by the hosts.

I would have spent much more time in the pool if it was heated. Even on hot days in May, it was just a bit too cold to stay in for long. The pool lounges could also do with some shade (there were umbrella stands, but I couldn't see an umbrella). Although the villa itself is very close to the village, I'd recommend renting a quad bike or scooter to get around. The road into town gets very busy and there's no safe shoulder/path to walk on.
