Amazing view, the pool was perfect for our family of four also enjoyed the lounge furniture outside. The cave very cool and had more room than I expected. The rooms were unique. The host was helpful and accommodating.

Property is located in an ideal location facing the volcano’s caldera, the outdoor area gets plenty of sunshine during the day, making it ideal for relaxing in a heated pool while enjoying stunning views of Fira and the ocean below. The location is so idillic that photographers schedule the flying dress tours in a public area one level below the property. The inside of the unit a classic cave house that has been throughly modernized with beautiful lighting details and furniture. The 2 bathrooms are comfortable and have a venting system to reduce humidity, bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. The construction into the mountain leverages natural temperature and sound insulation. The staff lead by Yani, is welcoming and very accommodating. Yani helped us with transportation arrangements and restaurant recommendations making our stay seamless. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, keeping everything impeccable throughout our stay.

I definitely did NOT like having to leave! Other than that, I was hoping to see the sunset from the infinity pool but this is just not possible as the sun sets on the opposite side of the island at this time of the year (June). The same is true for other properties in the area.

Location, views, cleaning services, property was well maintained and beautiful.

Gianni’s was late for our check in- about an hour we had to locate the hotel on our own with all our luggage. Had to ask locals for help and they even called him for us- no answer. Super frustrating especially after traveling. Felt pressure to buy tickets from him as he claimed they would sell out- found many options at various prices. We Bought elsewhere.

Honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed, everything was just perfect. The two spas, the view, the sunrises and sunsets, the comfy beds, the location, the amazing welcome by our host, the daily cleaning. Definitely recommend booking this accomodation.

The wifi was slightly patchy at times.
