This place is value for money!

Ledebergh is a nice part of Ghent, and the appartment is at the heart of this lively neighbourhood. We had a nice evening in cafe the 8-uren huis at Ledebergh plein. Great atmosphere!

We forgot some clothes, but the host was not that cooperative in helping us to locate them.

A good, functional room and location.

The location was convenient to where we planned to be in Ghent. The room, while basic and in need of a coat of paint, was in good condition and suited our needs. The owner was very friendly and helped us carry up our luggage. The WIFI was good as well. Even though it looked like a potentially noisy road, the bedroom was away from the road and the apartment was very quiet.

Some of the lights in the apartment were on a sensor. We could not turn them off and the hallway light would turn on when we went to the bathroom, which temporarily blinded us. It would be better to have normal light switches. One window, the hinge needs to be repaired, so the window can open properly. Parking was a little rough, but that is expected in a city.

The toilet wasn't up to date ie mirror was tapped with black cellotape, bad smell coming out of the toilet and no spray to take it out. There were empty air freshner cans. Not properly cleaned. Dining chairs were unstable. Strong cigarette smell in the whole apartment.

leaving the flat.

The apartment was not the same as the one on the photos, greeted by a rude concierge on arrival, no shampoo or soap provided. we had to wait several hours and call countless times to get the key for the property. The sofa in the flat was broken and fixed with tape, the kitchen was not clean at all, apparently there was a BBQ but no one showed it to us, the wall was coming off. They put me in the wrong flat with the wrong furniture, the pillows in the room were not even pillows but rather sofa cushions, we were given towels that were so re-used that the threads were coming off and it had a weird colour and smell. The bed had several missing wood stacks, I arrived home with such a severe back pain. Please avoid at all cost.

Todo el apartamento olía mal, nada comodo, parecía un lugar olvidado sucio, baño goteando la regadera como que alguien recién se metió a bañarse, pésimo el lugar no lo recomendaría, voy a poner una queja me cobraron mucho para lo que es!, de ninguna manera dejaría a mi familia en ese lugar!, muy mal Booking no cuidar los lugares que ofrece, usaría mejor hotel.com!!

Das Bettzeug war Dreckig, das Bett was sehr Unkonfrontable es war die Hölle Wir haben für 5 reserviert und bekamen für 3 Personen die Sachen.... war sehr schrecklich....

El dormitorio y el salón son amplios. La mesa del salón grande y con cinco sillas, aunque alguna muy vieja. Las camas limpias, pero la sensación general del alojamiento es de dejadez y un poco sucio

No me gustó nada que contraté el alojamiento con ropa de cama y toallas. Al llegar no había toallas y llame por teléfono al propietario, al que había llamado cinco minutos antes para que me diera el código de acceso. No me cogió el teléfono ni me devolvió la llamada, con lo que nos dejó sin toallas para la ducha. La cocina tenia muy mal aspecto.
