This is a 200 year old building filled with tons of old world charm. The location was great, and is right on the water. It has a nice balcony on the back. It has original stone walls an old courtyard with an orange tree and a upstairs patio overlooking the water and a castle. It also had a small washing machine.
This place is not plush. It needs some maintenance work done. The roof is in bad condition.

The location is unique, you are right on the beach, with views to the lower castle and the Rio-Antirio bridge. We were there mid April and temperatures were still low, with 3 kids in tow.
We chose to stay here after a visit to Delphi. As compared to Arachova or Galaxidi which are frequently recommended as Delphi bases, Nafpaktos is beautiful, historically and architecturally interesting and with restaurants and bars that are simply lovely rather than touristy. Nafpaktos is much further than either option, but truly worth the visit, which I would argue the others are not.
The house itself is beautifully looked after and located. There is heating and hot water on demand, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely comfortable living room with a smart TV, which is not quite so clearly shown in the photos. There are 3 fabulous bedrooms, one bedroom with twin beds, 1 with the most amazing view.
The walk to town down the beach was a welcome start to the day. I would recommend this house unreservedly.
There was nothing we did not like.
