Our home in Garden City (near Bear Lake) is brand new and perfect for families or medium sized groups. It has lots of light and every amenity you will need during your time here. The house is surrounded with a covered porch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the lake. The town's bike path is just steps away from the front door. All of the Garden City restaurants, shops and the market are within a 10 minute walk and the marina is only 1 mile away.

Sleeps 12 max.
Main level has living room, kitchen, master bath (shower), powder room, and laundry closet
Second floor has 3 bedrooms and second bath (tub/shower).

* Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) - 2 Double beds and room for queen air mattress (supplied)

Our home is a loft style home where the walls on the second floor don’t go all the way to the ceiling. As a result sound and some light carries into the the bedrooms on the second floor which may make it difficult for young children to sleep. The master bedroom on the main floor is completely enclosed.

We have tried to provide a vacation home that is comfortable and enjoyable. In return we require strict adherence to maximum occupancy (12) and House Rules. Any party found breaking those will be asked to leave without a refund.
