This vacation home, just a half-mile from Garden City and one mile from the marina, is perfect for groups looking to gather and have an eventful time. One of the many highlights includes a game room with a Ping-Pong and pool table, a basketball arcade game, air hockey, and stored kayaks for water adventures. Here, you'll also find a sofa and TV should you want to tune into a game of your choice. This lovely home also features an entertainment area on the second floor that is great for retreating and unwinding upstairs. For outdoor moments, you’ll have access to a spacious yard that has a play area for the little ones (includes swings, a slide, and a fort), a firepit, and a BBQ grill. This home is situated in the perfect location to enjoy the waters at Bear Lake or eateries and shops in town.
For additional moments and coziness, relax in the quaint living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen boasts of stainless steel appliances and comes well-equipped, suitable for whipping up some of your favorite meals. Enjoy these dishes in the dining area, a nice place for discussing the day’s adventures. Central air-conditioning, internet, and a washer/dryer are also available for your convenience as well.

Perfect location within walking distance to town and amenities. Lovely home with all necessities for cooking. Large game room with hours of fun and entertainment. Beautiful large yard for playing outdoor games and play set for little kids. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home with our family for our get together.

This Bear Lake home is our favorite! Aside from the comfy beds, amazing garage with so many games, and beautiful yard. Its location is prime! Just steps away from Labeau’s shakes and the Lake, this is our go to when we go up to Garden City!

We absolutely loved our visit. Within an hour of being there, we were looking at bookings for our next trip to Bear lake! The amenities were very thoughtful and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
