Welcome to Boat Harbor House, a brand new home (construction finished fall 2022) in a well-kept HOA with seasonal access to a pool, hot tub & clubhouse! The location of this home is unbeatable, being within walking distance to the marina & the new grocery store and “oh-so-close” to the many restaurants, stores, boutiques, and coffee shops that Garden City has to offer, making it a home base that everyone can agree on!
The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms give plenty of space and make it easy to relax as you escape from everyday life and head to the "Caribbean of the Rockies." You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area, a large gathering area for everyone to enjoy evenings together, and comfortable furniture and bedding to enjoy a good night's rest! Don't forget WiFi internet access!
With access to the community clubhouse, guests can enjoy a seasonal swimming pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), billiards, an air hockey table, and a fitness center. Take a break from the lake with a more quiet day at the pool, or take a quick dip in the hot tub to warm up after a long day on the lake or on the surrounding trails. Take advantage of the miles of nearby ATV trails in summer and winter on a 4-wheeler, UTV, or snowmobile.

This was the perfect place to stay for a large family. The kitchen and dining room area was very spacious as was the entire home. The location was close to all the activities we had planned. It was convenient to have Mike's Market so close.

This was a very comfortable great place to stay! Great location and the home was well kept. The kitchen was well stocked but some of the pots and pans were well worn and the lining was coming off the bottom. The kitchen also only had three hand towels, it would have been nice to have a sponge provided for dishes and more dish towels. There were plenty of bath towels for our large group though. The beds were comfy and the home was clean and spacious for our large group. The location was perfect being close to the market and close to all the shops. This house was a great experience and we would definitely come stay here again! It was a perfect experience all around.

Really enjoyed the place! The only downside was some cleanliness as mentioned. There was tons of bugs everywhere. I was willing to overlook it mostly because it’s a lake town, but there were a ton. The sheets also had some… interesting… stains on them.
