Grandma's Lake House is conveniently located in Harbor Village, yet secluded with fields on each side and views all around. This lovely home is completely functional and comfortable for large groups with plenty of gathering spaces.
Furnished in contemporary rustic comfort, this 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom lake house has everything you need. a cozy gas fireplace, Air conditioning, 2 Large smart tv's, free wifi, tons of games, a grill on the deck, a private 6 person hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen plus an extra full sized fridge for drinks and extra snacks!
When you're not enjoying the sandy beaches and crystal blue water on the lakefront, biking around Garden City on the public bike path or trying the nearby ATV, snowmobile trails, you can enjoy a game of soccer, tetherball, football or volleyball in the huge yard complete with clubhouse playset for the kids, roast marshmallows under the stars around the fire pit or unwind in the private hot tub on the spacious deck, or relax in the comfy hammock sky chairs overlooking beautiful Bear Lake.

Grandmas house was the BEST! So much room for my family of 20. 11 adults and 9 kids. Kids LOVED the “park” and adults loved the room the house had. And what a view! House was clean and even better than what it looked like online. We loved our stay and will be back!

Much better than we expected. Really comfortable. I wish we had stayed another day or two. Kids loved the playground. The place was clean and had everything you needed for a fun stay.

This house was so great! It’s definitely Grandma’s house! It’s very well stocked and inviting just like Grandma’s! We came for a family reunion and we hosted the entire family of 50 people for dinner. There is tons of outdoor seating, the yard is so fun for the kids to play in, we used the fire pit every night, and there was room for our corn hole tournament.

The house was very nice with gorgeous lake views, however, it is located at the end of a dead end street with a steep driveway which made it a nightmare to try to get to with a boat trailer. Also, the house was not well stocked- 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no soap/body wash/shampoo provided, and the hand soap in the bathroom had obviously been significantly watered down. Overall, had a good stay but prob won’t be back
