• Parking. There are spaces for 8 vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street. Due to the steep driveway we are unable to accommodate large vehicles with trailers. There is off site parking for trailers in the summer for a small nightly fee. Please contact us and we can provide the telephone numbers for these locations.

The house is Incredible. The huge kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. The two fridges were so helpful for our family of 12 adults and 15 kids. The kids had a blast playing air hockey, ping pong and video games. The large theater room was perfect for our family skits and movie night. All the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and spotless. Views from the balcony are magnificent. Pay attention to the description of the parking situation. It was challenging to find a spot to park our wave runners. There is really only parking for 5 vehicles without completely blocking the steep driveway

Holy cow! I cannot say enough good things about this place. A lot of times when properties say they hold a lot of people, you are sitting pretty cozy. Not here! Plenty of comfortable beds plenty of bathrooms and plenty of entertainment! The view of Bear Lake from the deck is second to none. We had about 20 people staying here ages 70 down to 4 and everyone absolutely loved it. Plenty of games, whether pool, ping-pong, air, hockey, or arcade. The kitchen… to die for! Making breakfast for 20 people on a professional gas range was awesome! Also, when they say a fully stocked kitchen, they mean it! They had a pan or appliance for every need, and more than enough dishes!Communication with the owner was excellent and the 12 o’clock check-in was the cherry on top.There was plenty of parking, even for our 15 passenger van, although it took a little bit of maneuvering.My only regret is that we only stayed only one night, but this is already in our family vacation plans for next year!

We enjoyed staying at this property. A beautiful place and breathtaking views! The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the game machines upstairs. We had a great time there and considering it for another stay!
