Welcome to The Farm House at Rosemary Grove, a spacious 4200 sqft modern retreat just a 3-minute walk from Bear Lake! Designed for families and group getaways, this 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath escape sleeps up to 26 guests and features an open-concept kitchen with double ovens, cozy living spaces, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private hot tub—offering the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort!
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, double ovens, and a large island ideal for gathering and meal prep. The inviting living and dining areas provide plenty of space for everyone to relax, dine, and connect after a day of lakeside fun.
Kids (and adults!) will love creating memories in the spectacular indoor playroom, featuring a rustic playhouse and slide, rope hammock chair, and ping pong table. The home also includes a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer—perfect for extended stays.

Step outside to a huge fenced-in backyard—perfect for yard games and family activities. Enjoy evenings by the shared fire pit (shared with the neighboring Barn & Silo home, also available to rent together for larger groups), or unwind in your private hot tub under the stars. With ample parking for vehicles, trailers, and boats, every guest will feel at home.
Guests have full private access to The Farm House, including all interior spaces, the indoor playroom, laundry area, and private hot tub. The large backyard is shared only with the neighboring Barn & Silo home, which is also managed by us and can be booked together for larger groups. Guests will have shared use of the outdoor fire pit and ample parking for vehicles, trailers, and boats!
Winter Advisory: Bear Lake winters are stunning but can bring snow and ice—roads are maintained, but 4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended.

The host was very welcoming and immediately answered several questions we had during our stay. We spent our Thanksgiving there with extended family from Utah and Idaho. We all had a great time playing games, eating and just relaxing with each other.
