This Townhome is a perfect pick for your Bear Lake getaway! Just minutes to the marina, public beach, and all of the fun attractions! Restaraunts within walking distance, Go Carts just across the road and pickle ball courts pretty much right out the back door. Come enjoy winter sports such as skiing at Beaver Mountain, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and fishing! Summer time options are endless with water sports, hiking, and best of all just spending time with family and friends. This home is clean and comfortable with everything you need to relax!

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 days in beautiful Bear Lake. This property was clean, nicely decorated, walking distance to several food options (including famously delicious raspberry shakes)! See you next year!!

This was a great place for our family to stay. It was clean, updated, and had lots of room. Also had nice amenities like shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, and laundry soap. It was close to the things we wanted to do and had good parking. The ice maker didn't make much ice, so you might want to pick some up at the gas station 2 blocks away. Also would have liked blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a few more kitchen items. The kids loved the playroom and arcade games. It was also nice that some tv programming was available too, as our last place didn't provide anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The parking is tight and a little limited. Besides that great location!!! Walking distance to the little grocery store, go karts and La Beaus and Zips to name a couple. The house is a little right if you’re maxing out sleeping accommodations but perfect if you’re planning on spending most of the day at the lake!!
