The convenient distance from the airport
They are very bad organized, we just booked one night because our flight departs early in the morning the next day. We arrived at 9pm and they said they don’t have our rooms (we booked 3), even if I have sent some messages earlier to the property and the booking was like 2 weeks in advance. They just manage to provide us 2 rooms and intended to charge the full price for the 3 rooms. The girl from the reception tried to try to help us as much as she could. Then, seems like a party was happening because a loot of noise in the common areas until 2 am. I requested the support on that but the staff said they cannot do anything about it.
