XPCE Merced Square - PICASSO

Locatie is goed.

Bedden zijn wat klein. Appartement raakt op verschillende punten versleten.

Really close to all the amenities and great for larger groups wanting more space.

Krasny, cisty apartman, uzasna lokalita! Majitel ochotny, komunikace bez problemu.

Close to Center. Plenty of restaurants at Plaza de Merced but still generally quiet. No bars or restaurants downstairs. Excellent communications with staff recommendation and weather/festivity updates before arrival.

Unfortunately it’s in an alley so there’s dog urine (smell and puddles - see photo), road works on the next street with construction site. People stand in the alley and talk loudly so one of the rooms can hear everything which disturb sleep early in the morning. The walls are thin so we can actually hear the neighbours snore! The flat can get quite cold in December and the air-conditioning in living room and 1 room to set higher temperature don’t work very well. The inside temperature is the same as street temperature. No dishwasher and the cooking utensils like frying pans aren’t any good. It’s a shame if the flat can sleep more than 6 people but won’t be able to have a meal.
