The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The security guards were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was well-maintained, and the place had a cosy, homely atmosphere. Best of all, it was very reasonably priced, making it great value for money.
The front door was a little loud and squeaky when opening and closing. At first we thought it was just our unit, but we soon realised it was actually due to the building itself, we could hear doors squeaking on every floor! So there's really nothing to worry about; it's just part of the building rather than an issue with the apartment.

Location was good...the host Adel was excellent,she assisted and guided me with such a professional way.
Will surely stay again if I'm going to Ipoh.

Very clean with fabulous view of the mountains. Easy check in and check out. Bed was super comfortable however the pillows are very thin.
Perhaps for improvement of service to consider changing the sofa because when we sat we can feel the spring and the frame. For more luxurious feel to consider putting all white beddings in all rooms. Towels are a bit worn out. Also too many plastic flowers on the walls which attracted a lot of dust.
