Spacious. Everything works. AC in all bedrooms and main living area, large useable dining spaces, smart tv, wifi are all as advertised. Close to many amenities too, convenient stores, banks, clinics, food stalls and restaurants all within short walks. Has two (!) balconies on upper floor.
Kitchen facilities are a bit sketchy, most likely due to left unused for long time. Ants and cockroach presence quite apparent. Squeaky doors and ceiling fans a tiny bit annoying.

Clean and bright, sufficiently equipped.
One of the bathrooms (the one on the right, facing the back) had a smell of urine throughout our stay. And there were not enough bath towels provided although additional towels were provided upon request.
