We arrived very late after a delayed flight and left after breakfast so spent very little time here, but it is situated in a beautiful rural location.
We thought we were only guests when we arrived as no cars however the next morning we realised it was pretty busy and all other guests were on walking holidays.
Breakfast was good and the resident dogs were lovely

Dinner is available, which is convenient as it is a bit out of the way if you are walking the Via Degli Dei. The facilities are the bare minimum.
The room and bathroom had no ventilation, and there was clearly mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was a cold day and the heat was not on, which is not very comfortable after a day of hiking in rainy weather.
