Great location on the hill surrounded by the trees which are giving the privacy.
Great pool.
Nice and spacy apartment, authentic wooden furniture.
Nice possibility to sit outside in the garden.
Good position to explore Firenze and Bologna.
Great welcome and support by Simonetta.
Kitchen equipment might be improved, internet connection was bit unstable and sometimes you can hear the highway.
But overall the place is great.
Luckily you don’t need to cook since there are two great restaurants in the village, and better to take take few days offline with the book by the pool.
I highly recommend this residence.

Il Poggiolino is located in the rolling landscape north of Florence and is a beautiful and well-maintained site and has a very nice pool. The host is very friendly and informative and quick to response. Bed and bathroom are good. Good for day-trips to Firenze/Florence.
The lighting in the appartment is not easy to control in the evening and overall there is not much natural light during the day. The restaurants in the village were closed most of the time we were there, even though we were there in mid-June. So a car is a must. Closest supermarket 15 minutes.

Der Pool und die ganze Anlage war sehr schön. Die Lage war perfekt, etwas am Berg.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Es gab viele Hunde in der Umgebung, die den ganzen Tag und in der Nacht gebellt haben. Das fanden wir schon störend.
