The Town house is in the resort of Regal Palms,Davenport and has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with tvs in all rooms with WiFi and Internet. Within 5 to 10 mins walking distance from complex centre which has pools,lazy river, water slide,outdoor and indoor jacuzzi,volleyball court,playground and beauty saloon, bbq area,outside bar,restaurant and bar in clubhouse, fully equipped gym.Family friendly facilities. Close to all Disney Theme Parks 20 mins away.
Publix supermarket 10 mins away.
Car parking for two cars.
The house has recently been re- decorated with new carpets throughout and two new sofas have been installed in the lounge area and fully equipped kitchen.
There is a daily resort fee of $22.00 payable to the resort on arrival.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our needs. Could have used a few more trash bags for the cans but overall was a very enjoyable stay.

I was disappointed this rental property. Checking into the property was easy, and communication in advance of renting was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in good condition. Unfortunately I did have problems with the AC being limited, the cleanliness of certain areas, and the kitchen appliances in poor shape.
Unfortunately while the unit does have AC, the renter is unable to set the AC any lower than 73 degrees. Had I known about this in advance I wouldn't havecrented this property. When I checked the AC unit the filter was extremely dirty. Many of the vents in the home could be cleaner as well.
Another area where the home is definitely showing wear in the kitchen. The oven door does not close properly, thus making it impossible to use unless you hold it shut with your hip. Anything cooked in the oven took at least double the time to make. Also, the microwave's vent kept falling off. The management company mentioned that the owner is aware if the problems and to their credit, the did attempt to fix them.
All in all, the property has nice amenities, and the unit is comfortable. There were just too many larger issues to look past.
