No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy. Any evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
No Pets Allowed: To keep our home allergen-free and in top condition for all guests (especially in our themed children's rooms), we have a strict no-pet policy.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
Toiletries: While we provide a starter pack of soap and shampoo, please remember to bring your own personal toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes.
Rule Compliance: Please respect the home and the resort. Failure to abide by these house rules may result in additional fees or eviction.

We had a great time on our trip to Florida! This place was very nice & in a great location. The resort was awesome. Communication with the host was very easy & convenient.

The host’s description of the property and resort were accurate with no negative surprises. Home was very cozy, CLEAN, quiet, and the AC worked amazingly well. Decor was very tasteful and my autistic adult daughter found the place sensory friendly. The hosts had coffee and a few other extras available upon arrival and with us arriving at night that was very well received. Communication was very expedient and house instructions were clear and precise. This was definitely a place I’d stay again next time we’re in the area. Resort staff was very courteous and quickly responsive to any of our needs. Pool was beautiful and not overly chlorinated. It got busy but the other people there were all friendly and security kept things in great order in the neighborhood and resort. We’re already missing the Snazzy Crib and we just left.

I must start out by saying Esther was the sweetest host I’ve ever dealt with. She accommodated us with an early check in as well as check in on us the next morning to make sure everything was ok.
The community was very cute and even though the pool was more convenient to drive rather than walk the pool area was amazing. All staff there was very friendly. The condo itself is in need of some updates. The furniture is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The couch in the living room is small and feels like cardboard. There were minimal cooking utensils as well as dish ware to accommodate the 5 of us. The beds were hard too and not “firm” hard. Disney was also about a 25 min drive not 15 min and that is not during traffic time. None of these things were deal breakers for me I would just suggest changing that in description as well as doing some updates to the condo and furniture. We had a nice stay and again thank you for being an excellent host!
