This Orlando Florida resort is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities with the privacy and spaciousness of your very own Vacation Home. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer, Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat off the beaten path where you can spread out and enjoy spacious self-catering accommodations paired with full service amenities.
This beautiful Three Bedroom Elite Town Home at Regal Palms offers all the comforts of home! This living room comes complete with plush leather sofa set and flat screen TV. There is also a dining room area with seating for 6 plus 2 bar stools near the kitchen area. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, silverware and utensils.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed, private bathroom with large garden bathtub, and spacious closet. The second bedroom is downstairs and comes with a Queen Size Bed, ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. There is one more bedrooms upstairs with one Queen Bed and one Twin Bed along with flat screen TV. All the bedrooms in this home have upgraded furniture, comfortable mattresses and premium bedding. This home also has 3 full bathrooms.
The Regal Palms Resort offers a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy including: Zero entry pool with lazy river and water slide, hot tub, sand volleyball court, spa, fitness center with sauna and locker rooms, indoor and outdoor playground for children, arcade, and Frankie Farrell’s Irish Pub & Grille with poolside Tiki Bar.
There is $22.40 per day Resort Fee payable upon arrival. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Regal Palms is a gated community. There is a security guard at the gate available for assistance 24 hours a day. There are also four BBQ areas located throughout the community available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
All Vacation Home Rentals at Regal Palms Resort & Spa Orlando offer a fully equipped kitchen including cookware and dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Bath, hand towels and bed linens are provided. There is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board in each villa. Our guest’s initial supply of toilet paper and a set of garbage bags are also provided. Even more added value is the full and complete access all our guests have to the wide array of resort amenities, including the resort's 24-hour guest reception, business center, Free WIFI, bar & grill, full service spa and fitness center, on-site mini-mart and a large tropical swimming pavilion with waterslide, lazy river and sunbathing terraces.

Are the Pools really heated all year?
YES The whole of the swimming pool complex is heated to maintain a water temperature of 82ºF throughout the year. The waterslide, lazy river, adult pools, children’s pool, jacuzzi/spa are all heated by gas fired boilers. And unlike private pools with electrical heating, it is always at the correct temperature. In fact the jacuzzi/spa is as hot as a bath! I have personally used it, both in January, November and in May and is one of the best features of the resort in my opinion. It's great!
Is the resort suitable for Children?
YES ABSOLUTELY! The resort was designed entirely with children in mind! Even the big ones! There is 2 large pools, one shallow "zero entry" with a lapping edge (see above) for the smallest of tots, a waterslide, lazy river, waterfalls, jacuzzi/spa, Games Room, Internet Cafe, etc, and even a Children's Menu in the restaurant... They are going to LOVE IT!
Does the house/resort have a Games Room?
YOU BET! Better than any "Games Room" in the hot garage of a private villa! This Games Room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Basketball, Video Stock Car racing, Car chase, Marksman, Gunfighter and a dozen other token operated video games. Tokens cost a very reasonable $1 for 4, $5 for 24 & $10 for 52. The pool table costs 8 tokens per game, and other games 2 to 3 tokens each. So you wont break the bank & the kids (old & young) can amuse themselves for hours! The resort has a Clubhouse with its own Restaurant, Sports Bar, & Reception. Entertainment for the whole family!

NO PROBLEM! The house is equipped with an internet router and its wifi signal is available IN the house
In addition, the Clubhouse has an Internet Café with pc work stations (for a fee) & a router with Wireless Internet ADSL Broadband connection (free of charge all day and night). Just switch on your laptop and off you go. No password required. It couldn't be easier!
The Clubhouse wireless signal can be picked up (if you have installed a wireless card in your laptop) in the area of the Clubhouse, Restaurant, Bar & Poolside Patio, as photographed below, which is a very pleasant way to surf the web. The Resort uses a "Lynksys" Operating system, and you will need a "G category" wireless card. This is standard for the USA. It may not work with laptops from other countries, but I have never had a problem & (for your information) my laptop has a Netgear Wireless PC Card.
Does the house have a private pool?
The house is in a private resort. The house does not have a small private pool caged by a "pool screen" located right next to everybody else's pool (with the neighbours staring in at you), or with all the associated headaches of "pool heating", child safety, maintenance or the hassle of having to re-cover the pool every night with the pool blanket to keep the pool water luke warm (at best).
It is located in a private resort, where there is a 2 acre landscaped tropical Water Park with one large heated adult swimming pool, one large heated children's swimming pool, Waterslide, 2 heated jacuzzi/spas (which are genuinely as hot as a bath), lazy river, waterfalls, etc. The design is ideal for families looking for a proper restful vacation. The pool water is heated constantly with gas fired boilers so there is never a problem with the water being luke warm to "cool", as with a private pool. The pool complex, resort, games room etc allow the children to play in safety with other children, whilst the parents relax with a cocktail & sunbathe under the real Florida sunshine (not under a "pool screen"), wirelessly surf the internet, watch a football match at the bar, work out in the gym, or be pampered in the Health Center, or have a drink in the bar or meal in the restaurant, just yards away from the house. As more than one guest has genuinely remarked recently..."I'm quite certain that my husband & children enjoyed the pool and sun bathing area at Regal Palms more than the Theme Parks"

What are the opening hours of the pools?
POOL HOURS EXTENDED!
The pool complex is open from 8am in the morning until 11pm at night every day ALL YEAR, so you can take a late evening dip straight after visiting the Theme Parks if you wish!
How many parking spaces do I get?
Each unit is authorized with a maximum of Three Vehicles. These three cars must be in your driveway; we ask for two cars to be vertical and one horizontal on the back. All cars must be registered with the clubhouse.
On Napoli is a paved location for “overflow” parking. If you choose to not have all three cars in your driveway you may use this location to park your vehicle. If you are having a guest at your unit during the day they may also use this parking. (All guests must be registered in Dwelling Live for Entry) Keep in mind all cars on Napoli must have a valid parking pass after 11:00PM rounds or will be towed at the Owner’s expense.

Overall experience was excellent. Very clean accommodation. Great location.Only negative was there was a power cut on day 3 of our holiday, no power for 4 hours. When it came back on the fridge/freezer started beeping, temperatute display had an H on it. We reported this to management company, said someone would be out to fix it, heard nothing so contacted owner direct, responded immediately. Engineer came out said needed parts, owner said they would be back out to fix it and not to use ice machine part of freezer. Fridge wasnt keeping anything really cold. We have now checked out of accommodation, 10 days later, fridge/freezer still not fixed, not heard anything from owner or management company

We have stayed at Regal Palms previously. This was our first time as snow-birds. The property met all requirements, although a few upgrades would have justified an Excellent Rating such as higher quality kitchenware and a work surface like a desk or table in the family area for a laptop other than the kitchen table. The property is run by Orlando Rent-a-villa even though booked through VRBO which can make communication challenging at times.There is a resort fee on top of the rental. It run approximately 20/day, but Regal Palms maintains the property, including the fitness area and pool areal, very well.

Resort was nice, condo was as advertised. We had many issues with our property that were never dealt with and others dealt with 5 days after checking In. None of the bedroom TV’s worked, our shower drains didn’t drain and were well up over our ankles after a normal shower, our refrigerator was warm and I lost groceries, I messaged the owner regarding this issue and losing groceries. No one cared that we lost food and a repair man wasn’t sent out till 5 days after our arrival. Smashed bugs were found on our kitchen cupboards and old ramen noodles were left crunched up on the kitchen counters upon arrival leaving us slightly concerned on the cleanliness of the rest of the property. We loved the pool however being closer would have been more desirable, I was also advised that the condo had plenty of pool towels inside the unit however only one was noted to be there. Lastly when removing bed linens on our day ot check out old blood was noted to be on 3 of our pillows. Wasn’t an awful experience however will never stay again! Also the condo rules are slightly outrageous. Any trash not in an actual trash bag in trash receptacle would be charged a 100 fee, also quiet hours of 10pm-8am, I have a family with littles and sometimes kids make noise so this was stressful.
