Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted by the master suite to your left, featuring a brand-new, plush mattress atop a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a closet, and a convenient bathroom access through a connecting door. As you continue down the hallway, you'll discover a charming bunk bed nook, perfectly suited for the little ones.

Next, prepare to be impressed by the fully-equipped kitchen, seamlessly flowing into the elegant dining area. The living area offers utmost comfort with two cozy recliners, a brand-new sofa, and, of course, the showstopper—a magnificent view of the beach through the floor-to-ceiling windows and the glass balcony doors. The unit is thoughtfully furnished with a washer and dryer, does not have any carpet, and includes complimentary upgraded Wi-Fi for your convenience.

If cooking breakfast isn't on your agenda, don't fret. Simply make your way to "Waves Bar and Grill" where you can enjoy a refreshing bloody Mary and indulge in a freshly cooked breakfast. **All condos have a RING doorbell outside of the unit, which only detect activity outside of the condo in the breezeway areas. These are for everyones safety and security.
**Upon arrival, guest will be required to pay a one time parking/wrist band expense of $35 plus tax. This is one time and it is NOT per person, it is per party. This covers parking passes and wrist bands.

-Must be 25 to book and check in at resort - ID will be checked at registration.
-In addition to our detailed cleaning practices, we also wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!
