The room was like the pictures. It was very clean so the service does a great job. Yes the elevators are very slow but I can deal with that. I liked the security in the building. I would definitely stay at the Tidewater again. I would gladly stay in 2412 again on one condition and that’s the dryer be replaced by next summer. If not that’s a deal breaker. We do laundry every day so we can’t be having a dryer that doesn’t work. The ocean view was amazing and proximity to pier park was awesome.

Liked the place great view great property but we had a bug issue and tried getting pest control out for days they kept telling us they hadn’t heard anything then one day we came back with a note in our kitchen saying someone came by and sprayed we were never informed someone would be entering our room. Finally the manager contacted us and gave us a partial refund and a gift. Other than that my only complaints are the broken toaster and both umbrellas in the room were broken. Also the room doesn’t come with chair rentals on the beach last time I stayed at tidewater the room came with it
