For most part it went well.

Our 4th year in PCB 2nd year at Tidewater. This is our most favorite place. Location and amenities. People complain of the elevators, but you need to think patience and plan your time. It's a game for us to see who we can make smile.

The wait for the elevators was ridiculous. They had 2 elevators that were down which made it harder. The indoor pool is advertised as heated and definitely is not. The room had a beautiful view but washer had mold in it that ruined clothes and several things were broken. Tidewater did have a something happen where half the building lost power, people got stuck on the elevators and no water throughout the whole building. We were staying on the 17th floor. Talk about a long journey to your room when the power went out. We were sweaty and couldn't shower. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. The manager said the best she could do was move us to a different building that was smaller than what we had. Luckily they had the issues fixed the next day.
