The room was exactly the same as what the pictures showed. It was extremely easy to check-in and get the parking pass and condo information. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even greeted you every time you entered or exited the building. Both bathrooms were squeaky clean and all the towels and rages were as well! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room and a fridge with a working ice dispenser. The balcony was perfect and the seating areas was amazing! The wifi was fast and nice that it was only for the room and not a shared wifi. The bed was super comfy, and sheets were nice and clean. To top it off, there was even a box fan in the closet for you to use!! (I bring mine everywhere with me) I will defiantly be staying here again!!
One of the elevators were out and the down button was not working on the floor of the room (and being on the 24th it was not fun). Maintenance was extremely nice and friendly when they were informed about the button not working. As far as the room, the only comments I would say it there is no full-length mirror so as a girl, you can't see your whole outfits in the bathroom mirrors. I would have loved one! And if you like to buy a lot of things and open them when you get back to the room, there are no scissors and the knives are dull!

The property, room and staff was wonderful. One of the top 3 best beach stays we have ever had. Great location, easy access to everything we was looking for. Will definitely be contacting Real Joy on our next trip to the beach.
Only the elevator issues, but it's understandable.

Had 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor pool, arcade, movie room, store and cafe’.
30 floors and elevators would be alot in busy months.
