The view and location is perfect if you want to be away from the busy part of Panama City! The beach was a quick walk and there was plenty of room. The actual unit needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen has what you need but it is very limited and the cosmetics need an update. Coffee table in living room is broken and almost falling apart. Our code stopped working midway through, they were quick to give us a new one. We raised our concerns and they asked how they could fix it, unfortunately they aren’t quick fixes. They need to fix the cosmetics when they don’t have a renter. Would have been a 4 star review until check out morning. Check out is at 10am at 9:35am my husband walked down to get a luggage cart. At 9:40am I heard the lock code and the door open, to my surprise it was a cleaner. No knock, no doorbell, no announcement. Felt like a violation of our privacy as it wasn’t even check out time. Overall we had a good visit, would definitely pick a different unit/rental company for our next visit.
