New 3 bedroom home, constructed in 2017. Full Kitchen with solid surface countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and closets. One full bath and one half bath. Walking distance to both downtown and the boat harbor. This property has a front facing view to Mt. Marathon and is directly across the street from the Seward's historical "Millionaires' Row". Beautiful View of Resurrection Bay to the east.

Stayed for 2 nights. Property was as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Heather and John were responsive and readily available.Location is great. In the middle of the marina and downtown districts. Alaska Sea Life Center was a great add on to our activities. Trip was with my 2 adult sons- selection of restaurants and bars was great. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location for walking everywhere. It was designed logically and furnished tastefully for a family of six. The view is fantastic. Only thing I would add would be a coffee table in the living space. All in all a great place to stay in Seward
