Clifftop Townhouse - Panoramic Views, Sleeps 8
Located on a scenic cliff above Seward, Clifftop Townhouse has breathtaking views. This multi-level, comfortable condo has a rich, open living space with a full kitchen, laundry, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms! Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck while being minutes away from the harbor or downtown.
This multi-level townhouse contains three bedrooms, two of which are located on the upper floor (3rd story) both with king beds and one with a roll away twin in the closet. A third bedroom on the entry floor has a queen bed and a twin-size daybed. Please note that you will need to be comfortable climbing stairs.
The property contains three and half bathrooms: two connected to bedrooms on the entry floor and third floor, one located between the two bedrooms on the third floor, and a half bath on the main floor off the kitchen, where the laundry is located.
Two parking spaces are available right in front of the unit and are designated with a sign. Unfortunately, due to HOA, no other parking spaces are available, so please plan accordingly. We do not have room for boats or trailers. The unit is a three-story townhouse, so it does have one shared wall with the neighbors.
We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property.

This townhouse is located on a hillside overlooking Seward. Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey. The townhouse is located several blocks away from the cruise ship terminal or train depot, so we do recommend a car or taxi.
This is a townhouse that shares a wall with another tenant. Noise can sometimes bleed.

The entire property is beautiful! The house has everything you could possibly need and the views are incredible. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
