New 3 bedroom home, constructed in 2017. Full Kitchen with solid surface countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and closets. One full bath and one half bath. Walking distance to both downtown and the boat harbor. This property has a front facing view to Mt. Marathon and is directly across the street from the Seward's historical "Millionaires' Row". Property is perfectly located within walking distance of all the great ships and restaurants downtown. Stunning views of the ocean on the deck side and Mt Marathon from the living room. The house was spotless and well equipped. We cooked a nice meal together and had everything we needed. Also appreciated all the little extras like fresh coffee beans, shampoo and conditioner. Will absolutely stay here again.

Nice and accommodating floor plan, great location. Only negative was the Apple TV. We would have preferred some type of cable or Satellite TV with more free channels. But if you are a movie person, lots of movies available on Netflix. Owner was very helpful and recommended two awesome restaurants, The Cookery and Woodys Thai Restaurant.
