About this apartment rental
A lovely day or a weekend in Umbria, Valnerina, 10 km from Spoleto, the "Two Worlds Festival" town, in a nobiliary House of the XVII century, among art, nature, sport and gastronomic appeals. The House is in a Middle Age Village, few kilometers from Assisi, Todi, Montefalco, Perugia, surrounded by green woods and waterfalls, along the Nera River.The apartment overlooks the large Entrance-hall of the House, and has been made out of the ancient store-rooms, whose characteristic structures have been turned into a new furnishing function, as the stone-basin where wine was produced, now converted in a comfortable and coloured divan.
The apartment is furnished with old pieces and work instruments, but according to modern comfort and hospitality principles. It accomodates four/six persons, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting-room and a large living-room with a kitchen-corner. The apartment is equipped with TV, vacuum-cleaner, hoover and washing-machine and is provided with bed/ bath/table-linen. The Valley is crossed by the limpid waters of the Nera River, and is full as well of naturalistic beauties, like Marmore’s Waterfalls or Sibillini Mountains Natural Park with Castelluccio Uplands, as of historical and artistic testimonies, like the precious examples of Longobardic Art, Romanic Architecture, ‘300 and ‘400 Umbrian Pictures and frescoes.

A lovely house! And well located for excursions in the beautiful Umbria.
The owner gave us a warm welcome, so we immediately felt at home.
The kitchen was stocked with fruit, wine and other delicacies. A real surprise. In the lovely village is a small shop, a cafe and a restaurant. Nearby are more pretty villages. We had a wonderful holiday.

Vi abbiamo soggiornato per il periodo di Pasqua.
L' appartamento è al piano terra di un antico palazzo di un piccolo borgo antico.
Ampio e comodo, noi eravamo in cinque, completo di tutto ( manca solo la lavastoviglie ma basta attrezzarsi con i piatti di plastica).
La padrona di casa è una signora gentilissima, attenta e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo anche il pane fresco; arrivando nel pomeriggio ed essendo la vigilia di Pasqua la proprietaria ha pensato che avremmo avuto problemi nel trovarlo.
Il borgo è facile da raggiungere e il parcheggio non è un problema.
Posizione ottimale per visitare l'Umbria, anche i borghi più a nord perchè in macchina sono facili e veloci da raggiungere.
Quello che rende comunque unico l'appartamento è veramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità della padrona di casa: noi soggiorniamo sempre in case vacanze e raramente abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza ed una attenzione così discreta e sincera.
Una cosa è certa: per il prossimo soggiorno in Umbria non dovremo più cercare un alloggio perchè sappiamo già dove alloggeremo.
Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vorrà scoprire le numerose bellezze artistiche e naturali di questa splendida regione.

Siamo stati per il capodanno del 2016 nell'appartamento del secondo piano, molto bello ...le foto probabilmente non rendono neanche bene l'idea...ampio, pulito, ben arredato e con un terrazzino che affaccia su una vallata spettacolare. C'è veramente tutto...dal tosta pane al phon... Il borghetto è molto carino e la sua posizione è ottima perchè in 10 minuti si raggiunge Spoleto, ed in mezz'ora si possono raggiungere facilmente numerose località come Spello, Cascate delle Marmore, Visso... Veramente una bella vacanza, da tornarci qualche giorno in più!

Il soggiorno a Sant'Anatolia di Narco è stato piacevole.
L'appartamento, ben descritto dalla proprietaria che ci ha accolto con cordialità, è caratteristico e funzionale.
Il borgo è immerso nel verde e la sua posizione consente di raggiungere facilmente le altre località della Valnerina, sia a piedi (Abbazia Dei S.S. Felice E Mauro, Castel San Felice, Vallo di Nera) che in auto.
Piccolo appunto sullo stato dei sentieri che può essere migliorato.
